What This Means

The two throttle position sensor signals inside the electronic throttle body do not agree with each other. Modern vehicles use redundant TPS signals for safety, and a mismatch triggers this code.

Common Symptoms

• Reduced engine power / limp mode
• Throttle unresponsive
• Engine may not rev above idle
• Multiple warning lights

• Faulty throttle body/TPS assembly
